Join us for our 2012-13 Concert Series opening concert featuring the critically acclaimed Trio Clavino. After a very successful 2012 summer concert tour in Europe, Asia, and the U.S., Trio Clavino will present an exciting recital of works by Schumann, Carbon, Khachaturian, Shostakovich, and Schickele.

Ralitza Patcheva – Solo Piano Recital
This recital is a co-presentation of the Bulgarian Music Society and the Washington International Piano Series at the Catholic University of America (http://music.cua.edu). Internationally acclaimed pianist and prizewinner of the Buzoni International Piano Competition Ralitza Patcheva will present a program of works by Liszt and Brahms. Dr. Patcheva, Associate Artistic Director of the Bulgarian Music Society and CUA piano faculty, will perform on the new magnificent 9-ft Steinway concert grant in Ward Concert Hall of the Catholic University of America.
